While we applaud the increased attention and effort that’s gone into making companies more equitable over the past few years, let’s face it: fixing diversity, equity, and inclusion issues is tough, and many companies install DEI committees without proper resourcing, making efforts feel exhaustive, performative, or worse: wasted.

You can still build fast, but to succeed, you must build with intention.

This is what I love so much about the early days. When you begin building with culture in mind, you should never need a DEI committee.
